Vehicle records and documents

The application is designed to store your garage, maintenance, tire, receipt, vehicle passport, fuel and track records locally on your device. These records may include vehicle identification information, dates, mileage, service details, costs, photographs, documents and notes that you choose to enter or import. Documents may contain personal information, such as your name or an address.

An Owners Repository account is not required for these local recordkeeping features.

How information is used

The information you enter supports the features you choose to use, including displaying vehicle history, organizing receipts, calculating maintenance due dates and mileage, and using fuel and track tools. Owners Repository LLC does not sell your personal information.

Photos, scans and files

You may choose photos, scanned receipts or PDF documents to attach to vehicle records. These files are used to display and organize your documents in the application. Importing a scan does not require you to share it publicly.

Device permissions and location

Depending on the installed version and feature used, the application may request access to your camera, selected photos or files, or device location. Photos and files support vehicle images and receipt attachments. Location supports GPS track timing when you activate that feature. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.

Purchases and other providers

Google Play or another distribution platform may process purchases, licensing and related account information under its own privacy policy. If you export records, share a document or save a backup through another application or storage service, that service handles the information you send under its own terms and privacy policy.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you send, including your email address, message and any attachments. We use it to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Send only the records needed for your inquiry.

Retention, deletion and backups

You control the records you keep on your device. You can edit or delete records using the available application controls. You can also remove local application data through device settings or by uninstalling the application. Copies you previously exported or backed up must be deleted separately from their storage locations. Device or cloud backups may retain information according to your platform settings.
